The black silk fan of LaTalon Parrote is the main focal point with beaded inserts on each corner side. When lit this shade changes from black to a glowing amber of light as it has been lined in cream silk. It is embellished with metallic bronze braid which flows to the heavy beading of black bugles, mixed with light gold and blue beads ending in blue teardrops with a matching tassel. Atop the 1920's dark pewter bridge base sits a parrot, thus the name,”LaTalon Parrote”. The base is embossed swirled tubing with filigreed flowers at the top and bottom. The lower break flows down to a natural onyx insert which sits atop a swirl footed base with filigreed flowers. Height is 62".
