An original and exclusive line called “Hot Tropic Night” which has been hand painted directly onto the material showcasing flamingos and palm trees with metallic bronze braid. Shade is not lined due to hand painting, thus, the light is more intense through the shade when lit making it appear as the sun is in the background. Italian glass beading that look like icicles with matching tassels illuminates the shade and sets it off especially when lit (see pictures).
The 1930's lamp base has been hand painted and airbrushed by Giuseppe Antonio. The break is textured to resemble a veining of marble whereas the round base in green highlights the filigreed swirls, leaves and beading taken from the colors in the shade with the rest of the base kept in a matte black to fade into the background. Height is 65".
